Koppi Write Photography takes an unconventional approach to traditional portrait photography.  We have a studio in Spring, TX but also do sessions on location in the The Woodlands, Conroe, Humble and surrounding areas.  We specialize in high school senior and boudoir photography, but offer portrait services for newborn, maternity, child/baby, family, engagement, and headshots as well.  Information about boudoir photography or high school seniors can be found under the links tab in the menu bar.

I have implemented a new pricing structure across all of my portrait sessions and photography styles (NOT including boudoir).  For those that have booked sessions but would like to upgrade to a digital session, I can certainly make that happen.

our portrait services

  • All Sessions will last 60-90 minutes and include in studio and/or approved locations.
  • There will be no limits on outfits/sets/backdrops.  Whatever you can fit into the time frame is what we will shoot.
  • For extended family sessions or groups bigger than 6 please contact me (I have to be sure I can provide what you want/need in the allotted time).
  • Sessions are available Tues - Saturday (although Saturday appointments book up fast).

 

Contemporary Photo Sessions: Session fee covers the time and talent of the photographer only.

  • Prints, Digital Images and Products can be ordered from your final images from the studio price list.
  • No prints, digital images or products are included in the price of the Contemporary Photo Sessions.
  • Session fee is due at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
    • Contemporary Photo Session without make- up artist: $150
    • Contemporary Photo Session with make-up artist: $250
    • Get $50 credit for anyone your refer that books a Contemporary Photo Session*

 

  • Digital Photo Session (complimentary make-up artist): $600
    • Includes 20 retouched digital images printable up to 8×10
    • 4×6 art print of each of the 20 ordered digital images
    • Personal print release to print at any lab you choose
    • Permission to share online with friends and family
    • E-prints gallery to order products (very little mark up to cover expenses)
    • Music video featuring MY favorite images from your session.
    • Get $100 Visa Gift Card for anyone you refer that books the digital session.** 
    • 50% due at the time of booking, 50% due the day of the session

** Referral credits/cash will be given as long as the referral is sent within 6 months of your most recent session.  Credits may only be redeemed for your most recent session (ordering of prints/products).

Session creation fee includes:

  • Up to one hour of reserved time
  • Our signature retouching on all final images
  • A viewing and ordering appointment to take place one week after the session
  • All ordered images will be posted on our social networking sites for online sharing

Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our sessions.  Please know that session creation fees are due at time of scheduling your appointment, so please have your credit card and calendar ready when calling to schedule your portrait session. 832.458.1593

Our Policies:
Session creation fees are non-refundable.  In the event that you need to reschedule, we will gladly reschedule your appointment one time if we are notified within 48 hours of your original session date.

Due to the custom nature of our products, no refunds will be granted.  If there is an error or flaw in an order that you placed with us, we will gladly review the product and work with you to resolve the issue.

Rush service is available.  We can shoot your session and have the viewing and ordering appointment within 36 hours of your session.  The fee for expedited service is $150.  This is NOT applied towards your portrait order or session fee.
